In 2022
Rescues - 50 - including 18 seniors over 7 years.

We are a bit down from past years because donations are way down from prior years.  This keeps us limited on what we can do.  I get that people are wanting to hang on to their funds.  We understand that.  Keep us in mind though as we are fund limited as well.  Without donations we can't cover the vet care.  We rescue what we can.  Remember we count on you to help us save lives..

Yet another crazy COVID.  We did make the determination that we will not be restarting the California program at this time.  There is just to much going on with us right now.  Hopefully we will be able to come back to that at some point in the future.

With the crazy 2020 year we are still having a significant impact.  We completely stopped our California program this year because of the COVID risks working with transport.  We continue to make our impact with Washington and Oregon shelter dogs and private surrenders. 


2019
Rescues - 74 - including 30 seniors over 7 years.
(33 Pomeranians and Pom Mix, Chihuahua and Chi Mix)

Financial needs assistance -  4 instances

Our numbers are down a bit this year.  We needed a break. We have been driving so hard with the expansion construction that we just needed a bit of time off.  We had an amazing extended vacation the end of the year and are back refreshed.  Even with this break our five year average is over 100.


2018
Rescues - 122 - including 26 seniors over 9 years.

2017
Rescues - 106 (48 Pomeranian & Pom Mix, 30 Chihuahua & Chi Mix)
Placements - 93 including 13 special needs and 17 Seniors (over 9 years)
Six of the special needs were major medical cases.
Financial needs assistance -  5 instances


2016
Rescues - 97 (35 Pomeranian & Pom Mix, 31 Chihuahua & Chi Mix)
Placements - 94 including 9 special needs and 15 Seniors (over 9 years)
Five of the special needs were major medical cases.
Financial needs assistance -  7 instances


2015
Rescues - 105 (30 Pomeranian & Pom Mix, 35 Chihuahua & Chi Mix, 38 from Oregon Shelters)
Placements - 103 including 5 special needs and 23 Seniors ( 13 - 9 years and over and 10 - 8 years )
Financial needs assistance -  12 instances


2014
2014 hit us a little hard with our son's near fatal accident in September.
He is doing well and even with that our rescue counts are significant.
Rescues - 84 (51 Pomeranian & Pom Mix)
Placements - 96 including 15 special needs or seniors
Financial needs assistance -  5 instances


2013
Rescues - 104 (64 Pomeranian & Pom Mix)
Placements - 99 including 11 special needs or seniors
Financial needs assistance -  9 instances


2012

Took in 67 rescue dogs from shelters and private surrender.
Placements 54 (12 in residence at end of year).
Helped with 4 critical needs Vet Care assistance - keeping dogs in homes where they would have been surrendered otherwise.
Took on two new "Special Needs" - Extended stay dogs.


2011

Successfully placed 89 (54 Pomeranians) rescues
Assisted 8 families in being able to keep their pets through some tough circumstances. 
Additionally 4 of our placements were dogs with significant medical expenses.
